  1. Boiling Reishi mushroom slices in water as tea drinks

The tea made by boiling Reishi mushroom slices in water are perfect for daily health preservation. You can also stew Reishi mushroom slices in a thermos cup with hot water for 40 minutes before drinking the Reishi slice tea. After drinking Reishi slice tea for a long time, the most intuitive feeling for most people is that their sleep has improved.

 

The correct method of boiling Reishi mushroom slices in water:

1) Put 10~30g Reishi mushroom slices into the kettle.
