The source is the fruiting body of the porous fungus Ganoderma Iucidum (Leyss.ex Fr.) Karst. It can be harvested all year round, dried or dried.
The original morphology caps are cork, kidney-shaped, reddish brown, reddish purple or dark purple, with lacquer-like luster, ring-shaped ribs and radial wrinkles. The size and shape vary greatly. The caps of large individuals are 20×10cm. , about 2cm thick, generally 4 × 3cm, thickness 0.5 ~ 1cm, there are countless small holes underneath, the mouth is white or light brown, there are 4 ~ 5 per mm, the nozzle is round, the inner wall is the sub-layer Spores are produced at the top of the load. The stipe is lateral, rarely partial, longer than the cap diameter, purple-brown to black, lacquer-like luster, hard. The spores are oval in shape, 8-11 x 7 cm, two layers on the wall, the inner wall is brown, the surface is small, and the outer wall is transparent and colorless.
The habitat branch is mostly born in the summer and autumn, next to the wooden stakes in the broad-leaved trees in the forest, or on wood, standing trees, fallen wood, and sometimes on conifers. Produced in Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi.
The traits are special and the taste is slightly bitter.
Chemical composition mainly contains amino acids, peptides, proteins, fungal lysozymes, as well as sugars (reducing sugars and polysaccharides), ergosterols, triterpenoids, coumarins, volatile oils, stearic acid, benzoic acid, organisms. Alkali, vitamins B2 and C, etc.; spores also contain mannitol, trehalose and the like.
The taste is warm and the taste is light.
Indications to nourish and strengthen. For brain, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, kidney.
