On the evening of December 18th, the New York State Assembly Legislature & Business Friendship Delegation to China, sponsored by the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), visited GanoHerb Biological Science and Technology Center. They experienced the authentic culture of Reishi in China and learned about the global development status of organic Reishi mushroom in China.

The delegation is led by William A. Barclay, the Minority Leader of the New York State Assembly. The members are all elites from the political and business sectors, including:

John S. Chan, the Chairman of the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), the only Chinese community leader in the Eastern United States who has personally presided over the raising of the Five-Star Red Flag three times, and the recipient of the “Outstanding Asian Community Leader Contribution Award”.

Michael “Misha” Novakhov, a New York State Assemblyman and former well-known radio host.

Sam Pirozzolo, a New York State Assemblyman.

Lester Chang, currently the only Chinese American Republican Assemblyman in New York State.

Jack Lin, Vice President and Business Consultant of the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American 72 Steel Group.

David Zhu, Secretary-General of the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), and recipient of the “President's Volunteer Service Award”.

Jacky Xie, Honorary Advisor of the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), Chairman of the All American Chinese Association, and founder of E'kitchen Food Catering.

David Fang, Director of Investment Development of the American Chinese Commerce Association and the American Chinese Commerce Association (HK), and Executive Director of Q&F Construction Inc. and Future Development Property LLC.

Mr. Li Ye, the Chairman of GanoHerb Group, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation to China. He provided an overview of GanoHerb’s brand history, highlighted the unique features of its products, and outlined the company’s strategic plans for expansion in the international market.

He stated that since its establishment, GanoHerb has been actively integrating into the international market. To meet the needs of domestic and foreign customers, they have meticulously developed core products such as Reishi mushroom spore powder and Reishi mushroom spore oil. This also includes specialty beverages like organic Reishi coffee and Reishi green tea. Through online platforms like Amazon and cross-border e-commerce, their products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions including the United States, Canada, and Australia, allowing global consumers to share the benefits of Chinese Reishi.

Subsequently, both parties had a brief exchange on the development of Reishi products, industry development ideas, and other aspects. They exchanged views on topics of common concern in the industry field. Both parties believe that there is a great deal of cooperation space between China and the United States in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in the field of mushroom health.
