SCI papers represent the pinnacle of international academic articles, showcasing the most advanced technologies and development trends in their respective fields globally.
Academic research is a continuous process of pursuit and exploration. GanoHerb has partnered with top universities and research institutions to publish high-level papers in core SCI journals for consecutive years. The products of GanoHerb, validated by authoritative research, are more compelling!
How powerful is GanoHerb Reishi Spore Oil? The following two SCI papers reveal the answer.
"Antitumor Effects and Mechanisms of Reishi Spore Oil"
Impact Factor: 2.9; JCR Q3
This study conducts an in-depth investigation into the antitumor effects of Reishi Spore Oil provided by GanoHerb. By examining the impact of Reishi Spore Oil on topoisomerase and the tumor cell cycle, the possible mechanisms of action were explored. The results indicate that Reishi Spore Oil exhibits a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on tumor cells.
Table 1. Inhibitory Rate of Reishi Spore Oil on Tumor Cell Lines
MTT assay results indicate that treatment of K562, HL60, and SGC-7901 cells with Reishi Spore Oil at concentrations of 0.31-10.0 mg/mL produces dose-dependent cytotoxicity, with IC50 values of 1.13, 2.27, and 6.29 mg/mL, respectively.
Additionally, in vivo studies showed that Reishi Spore Oil (1.2 g/kg/day, gavage) inhibited the growth of S180 and H22 cells by 30.9% and 44.9%, respectively. Reishi Spore Oil also inhibited the activity of topoisomerase I and II. These findings suggest that Reishi Spore Oil exhibits antitumor effects both in vitro and in vivo[1].

- K562 (Human Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Cells)
- HL-60 Cell Line (Human Promyelocytic Leukemia Cells)
- SGC-7901 (Gastric Adenocarcinoma Cells)
- S180 (Mouse Sarcoma Hepatoma Cells)
- H22 (Mouse Ascites Hepatoma Cells)
- IC50 (Half Maximal Inhibitory Concentration)
"The synergistic enhancement of Reishi spore oil on cyclophosphamide for preventing breast cancer metastasis"
Impact Factor: 3.0, JCR Q2
The experiment utilized Ganoderma lucidum spore oil to investigate its mechanisms in conjunction with the chemotherapy drug cyclophosphamide (CTX) for preventing breast cancer metastasis and its adjunctive therapeutic effects.
Experimental results revealed that oral administration of spore oil increased the number of CD8 cells and levels of T cells and IL-6 cytokines in mouse blood, while also enhancing the activity of natural killer cells in the spleen.
Furthermore, the combined use of Reishi spore oil and CTX effectively suppressed lung metastasis of circulating breast cancer cells, reduced weight loss, and reduced the ratio of lung and spleen weight to body weight in mice. In summary, Reishi spore oil is a safe drug that enhances immune activity in mice, exerting therapeutic effects against tumors, and synergizes with CTX to inhibit tumor metastasis [2].
These two SCI papers provide further evidence that Reishi spore oil inhibits tumor cell growth, prevents metastasis, and enhances efficacy when used in combination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs. They contribute theoretical evidence supporting the adjunctive therapeutic effects of Reishi spore oil in cancer treatment.
Science and technology constitute the primary productive force, and technological advancement is supported by rigorous fundamental research.
In the future, GanoHerb will continue to leverage its strengths and collaborate with research institutions, universities, and others, to enhance technological innovation. Simultaneously, it will accelerate the transformation of technological achievements, aiming to provide consumers with higher-quality Reishi health products and enable more people to enjoy a high-quality healthy life.
