GanoHerb Academician Workstation
National Model Academician Expert Workstation in 2016
In 2010, GanoHerb cooperated with Academician Dequan Yu from the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and his assistant researcher Ruoyun Chen to establish "GanoHerb Academician Workstation", the 1st academician workstation in the agricultural system of Fujian Province. So far this workstation has carried out 11 cooperative projects such as "Modern Processing Technology of Medicinal Mushrooms", which vigorously promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical applications.
This workstation has been successively rated as one of the "Top Ten Academician Expert Workstations in Fujian Province", "Fujian Provincial Model Academician Expert Workstation", "National Model Academician Expert Workstation in 2016" and "Fujian Provincial Model Academician Workstation in 2020".

Researcher Weixi Yao
GanoHerb hired Weixi Yao, a former researcher from the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as the chief expert of GanoHerb. With the help of his intensive research in supercritical extraction technology, Yao led GanoHerb R&D team with doctors and masters as the backbone to upgrade and transform the deep processing technology of Ganoderma, and realized the on-the-production-line fractionation and purification of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil in China.

Researcher Yao Weixi
Researcher Yao Weixi, formerly of the Ecological Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has been appointed as GanoHerb’s Chief Expert. Leveraging his deep expertise in supercritical extraction technology, he is leading GanoHerb’s R&D team—composed primarily of PhDs and Masters—to enhance and upgrade the advanced processing techniques for Ganoderma lucidum. As a result, GanoHerb has achieved online grading and purification of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil within China.
GanoHerb Academic Expert Team
The team integrates advanced scientific research forces at home and abroad and introduces outstanding industry-university-research scholars in various fields such as cultures, cultivation and pharmacology to jointly conduct in-depth exploration in Ganoderma research field.
Professor Wu Xiaoping from the Fungal Research Center of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is providing guidance on reishi mushroom cultivation techniques at the GanoHerb base.
Professor Miomir Nikšić from Serbia visits the Ganoderma lucidum base for inspection.
Director Zhang Jingsong from the Edible Fungi Research Institute of the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences signed a project cooperation agreement with GanoHerb.
In 2013, Professor Yang Baoxue from Peking University Health Science Center signed a cooperation agreement with GanoHerb.
