Every September, National Quality Month is observed across China. From bustling metropolises to rural towns, a variety of activities are held nationwide to celebrate this month.

 

Against the backdrop of the national Quality Enhancement Strategy for Building a Strong Nation and Fujian Province's accelerated efforts to build a quality-driven province, Fuzhou has responded with tangible actions, launching its 2024 Quality Month activities.

 

As a leading enterprise in the traditional Chinese medicine Reishi industry, GanoHerb Group is also keeping pace with the times and has officially launched its Food Quality and Safety Month activities at the beginning of September.

 

1. Fuzhou Launches Quality Month, GanoHerb Focuses on Quality.

 

On September 6, the market regulation departments of Fujian Province, Fuzhou City, and Cangshan District jointly held the launch ceremony for the 2024 Quality Month in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, along with the unveiling of the Quality Culture Theme Park at Feifengshan Quality Theme Park in Cangshan District. The event was organized under the theme "Strengthening Quality Support, Building a Strong Quality Nation."

At the launch ceremony, GanoHerb, representing the business community, issued a quality initiative statement. Yang Juanjuan, Quality Director of GanoHerb in Fujian, stated in an interview: "The competition in the industry is not between individual products or enterprises but between industry chains and clusters." Currently, under the guidance of the Fuzhou Market Supervision Administration, GanoHerb Group is following a "One Policy per Category" approach to empower quality along the supply chain, becoming a key force in strengthening, extending, and supplementing the supply chain.

 

Additionally, during Quality Month, Fuzhou City will host various quality-themed public welfare activities, including "Quality Lectures," "Quality Voices - Chief Quality Officer Experience Exchange," "Cross-Strait Comprehensive Quality Management Knowledge Competition," and "Industry Chain and Supply Chain Quality Empowerment Theme Salon."

 

GanoHerb will also participate in the "Cross-Strait Comprehensive Quality Management Knowledge Competition" as a representative enterprise and looks forward to achieving excellent results.

 

2. Pursuing Excellence in Quality: GanoHerb in Action.

In preparation for September's "Quality Month," GanoHerb has launched a series of activities under the theme "Quality Builds Brands, Excellence Leads the Future." These initiatives aim to further enhance employees' quality awareness, strengthen quality management within the company, and provide consumers with safer, higher-quality products.

 

On September 12, GanoHerb pioneered an engaging online food quality and safety knowledge competition within the industry. The competition focused on critical areas such as food safety laws and regulations, quality control standards, and risk prevention measures. Through an interactive Q&A format, it effectively raised employees' awareness of the importance of food quality and safety.

In September, GanoHerb will also invite experts from the Fujian Provincial Product Quality Inspection and Research Institute's Food Division for a technical exchange, addressing any challenges encountered during testing and aiding in quality improvement.

 

Highlights from Previous Events

 

Notably, September 23 will be the climax of the month's activities. Employees will be invited to visit the Production and R&D Center in Building 1 to gain insights into the entire process of product development, production, inspection, and storage and transportation.

 

The day will also feature a product tasting event and inspection experience. Employees will have the opportunity to sample carefully prepared solid drinks, biscuits, and other products, evaluate their sensory attributes such as smell, color, and texture, and ultimately vote for the "Most Popular Product." Additionally, a series of engaging experiments will unveil the mysteries of quality control, deepening employees' understanding of quality inspection work.

 

Furthermore, the day will include a food quality and safety knowledge competition, with segments such as "Lightning Quiz on Mushroom Knowledge," "Charades," and "Puzzle Challenge." These game-like activities will reinforce employees' learning outcomes and foster a strong quality culture.
