Everyone has a bowl of fried rice with egg in their heart.

Fried rice with eggs may seem unremarkable on the surface, yet in each of our hearts, there’s a bowl of fried rice with eggs that we’ll never forget—the perfectly separated grains made by our mothers in our childhood memories; the warm bowl of fried rice handed to us by others during times of hunger and hardship; or perhaps that bowl of healthy, nourishing fried rice, fragrant with cheese and utterly breathtakingly delicious?

Ingredients

GanoHerb Broken-wall Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder 2 grams
Egg 2 units
Rice 1 bowl
Onion A little bit
Bacon A little bit
Corn kernels A little bit
Diced carrots A little bit
Green beans A little bit

How to do it

1.       First, finely chop the green onions and onions and set them aside. Then, cut the bacon into strips and set aside.

2.       Take a clean, large bowl, crack in two eggs, and whisk them thoroughly. Set aside for later use.

3.       Take a frying pan, turn the heat to high and preheat it. Then, evenly pour oil into the pan. Once the oil has heated up, carefully pour the well-mixed egg mixture evenly onto the pan and spread it out. When the egg mixture begins to set, gently stir-fry it briefly before removing it from the pan and setting it aside in a bowl for later use.

4.       Clean the pan thoroughly, add fresh oil and heat it up. Then, add the prepared chopped green onions, onion, corn kernels, diced carrots, and green peas to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Next, add the pre-cut bacon and stir-fry together until it changes color.

5.       Next, add one bowl of rice and continue stir-frying. Finally, pour the fried eggs and GanoHerb’s broken-wall Ganoderma lucidum spore powder into the pan together, and stir-fry them thoroughly until well combined. Add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken seasoning, mix well, and it’s ready to serve.

Cooking Tips

1. The ingredients for fried rice can be customized according to your personal preferences.
2. Add the spore powder just before the fried rice is ready to be served; stir it briefly and immediately remove from heat. Avoid prolonged high-temperature frying, as this could degrade the nutritional components of the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.
