When simmered in a soup together with lion’s mane mushroom—a superb ingredient for replenishing qi and strengthening the stomach—its stomach-nourishing benefits are especially outstanding. The rich, flavorful, and warming pork rib soup is the perfect culinary gesture of care for your family as the winds pick up and the weather grows cooler. ”
Ingredients

| Shiitake mushroom | 3 |
| Pork ribs | 200 grams |

How to do it
1. Bring the water to a boil, blanch the sliced ribs in the boiling water, then remove them and let them cool before setting aside.

2. After cleaning the pot thoroughly, add the prepared spare ribs, lion's mane mushrooms, scallion segments, and ginger slices. Pour in enough water to cover the ribs.
