“ In traditional Chinese culture, mooncakes symbolize reunion and completeness, while lingzhi represents auspiciousness, nobility, and health. Building on the traditional mooncake-making process, we’ve added GanoHerb organic lingzhi spore powder—known for its health-promoting and wellness-enhancing properties. The perfect fusion of these two ingredients further enriches the cultural significance of this quintessential Chinese delicacy. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, making these lingzhi-based snowskin mooncakes together with your family will make the sense of togetherness even more profound. ”
Ingredients
| GanoHerb Broken Wall Ganoderma Spore Powder | 5 grams |
| Powdered sugar | 50 grams |
| Milk | 180 ml |
| Corn oil | 20 ml |
| Glutinous rice flour | 40 grams |
| Glutinous rice flour | 30 grams |
| Clear powder | 30 grams |
| Cooked glutinous rice flour | 20–30 grams |
| Mooncake mold | 1 unit |
How to do it
1. Pour the powdered sugar, milk, and corn oil into a large bowl and stir well.

2. Then, add the glutinous rice flour, sweet rice flour, wheat starch, and GanoHerb's broken-wall ganoderma spore powder, and continue to mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

3. Then, cover with plastic wrap and place in a steamer. Bring the water to a high heat and steam for 25 minutes. Halfway through the steaming process, open the plastic wrap, stir the mixture thoroughly, and then cover it again to continue steaming. Once the batter is cooked, use a spatula to stir it until smooth. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour before using.

4. Divide the dough and filling into small portions according to a ratio of 1:1 or 2:3, and lightly coat your hands with cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking.

5. Flatten the ice skin in the palm of your hand, add the filling onto the ice skin, and carefully seal the edges to enclose the filling. Take a 50g mooncake mold; before use, lightly dust it with cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking. Place the wrapped dough into the mold and press firmly to shape the mooncake.
